Campaign benefits are subject to availability upon booking. Rooms allocations are based on FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis and students are not allowed to choose the rooms at bookings. Any request for room changes after bookings are confirmed would be subjected to an additional admin fee.

All applications must have paid their advance rent to secure their booking as outlined in the letter of offer by the date specified in it. Failure to pay advance rent by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.

The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions and campaigns. Students are also required to make their bond payment before their check-in arrival under the relevant state laws and regulations.

Rent rebate upon booking will only be credited to the resident's account 2 weeks before the resident ends his/her lease.

This reward cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

In the event of a lease break, all booking incentives will be charged back to the resident.

This offer is not valid with bookings that have already been deposited.
